This was purchased at Suntrup VW because I trusted them based on the commercials of Joe and Carol Buck. Suntrup has turned out to be the absolute worst I have ever encountered in Dealer response. Don't the Buck's realize that this kind of un-service reflects on their good name, and that of Jack Buck's memory as well? Or, is it just, endorse anything for a buck!
