I've just watched the game Brazil vs Australia, and I think the commentator Marcelo Balboa is too much. I see that ESPN is trying to push soccer in the united state, but listening to him while watching world class soccer makes me turn the channel to the Mexican chunnel although I don't understand the launguage. I think no one really want to hear such details mostly negative things all the time. Maybe this is why soccer never gets to popular in the US.

Please no World Cup of American Football. I can't handle the thought of more lackadaisical American pro athletes gagging to lesser foreign opposition in sports we're supposed to dominate. Let me at least pretend we rule at something in the realm of athletics.

I agree with Danks, as usual.

That's the worst game I've seen Landon Donovan play, and I remember back to when he had that horrid bleach-blonde hairdo. I've seen a lot of Landon Donovan games.

DaMarcus Beasley was poor too. He shouldn't start Saturday.

As much of a trajic game that was I think it is important that people understand that the Czech Republic aint no joke. In my oppinion, thy have looked the best out of any team so far. If Koller can stay healthy this team can win this thing. Just a few years ago this team nearly won Euro '04.

As for the U.S. there is a chance that they can set American soccer back by eight years if they can't wake the fuck up. It was a pathetic perfomance as no one on that team seemed like they were concerend that hey were getting clobbered out there. America needs Dempsey and Johnson in the line up for any chance to win.

The perfect commentary team features one Englishman for play-by-play, and one drunken Scot for "analysis" and "unintelligibility". Don't ask me why, but that's the magic mixture in the booth. Anything featuring Marcelo Balboa (that isn't his real name, is it? Really?) is, of course, a pile of steaming turd.
