I don't know about regulations/fines in the US (somehow, I would imagine any illegal activity involving a firearm garners a much lighter penalty in the US than in Canada), but a man was recently caught in the Yukon (way up North in bona fide hunt-to-feed-your-family country), hunting and killing a bear without a license.

He was charged with (among other offenses) unlawfully discharging a firearm and hunting without a license.

The result? He received 18 months probation and was ordered to pay a $6000 fine.

Ah yah. They also didn't let him keep the head from the bear he killed.

Karl is a big loser. I used to make the argument that he was the best power forward ever....now he is just a clown who hunts with no license. He should be made to grab his ankles and let Elk ram him in his arse! LOL!

My favorite part about the whole story is that Malone's lawyer called it attempted extortion and then likened the entire thing to terrorism.

Malone may be taking this whole Republican thing just a little too far.
