mjd, how many different sites do you write for? that’s not a sarcastic question – i’m really wondering, so i can bookmark them all. you have this, you have the smorgs, AOL nfl fanhouse, you post on deadspin sometimes… what else?
I should probably move them down further … not because they slept through the first quarter against the Chiefs and lost a winnable game, but because the possible suspension of Shawne Merriman for four games is the kind of thing that could potentially derail an entire season.
…or the thought of Shawne Merriman coming back and being an average linebacker wthout his beef roids for that matter.
MJD – is there any way you could get a seperate RSS feed for just your FanHouse posts? As opposed to the feed for all FanHouse posts, or the ones for individual teams?
Dallas needs to be King Hippo. They are loud and obnoxious, but once you figure them out they are an easy KO.
Also, I just can’t see Peyton Chesney biting anyone’s ear off.
(yes, my only complaint about the power rankings is the Punch Out characters used, I am a Bucs fan after all)
Um, you seem to have Denver ranked higher than San Diego and New England. Yes, I know Denver beat NE but let me explain something to you: JAKE. PLUMMER.
Everything else looks about right (Ravens should be a bit lower, Chieves a bit higher). The Saints will crash and burn soon, but I don’t blame you for having them where they are.
The Big Picture
Denny Green at a whorehouse would be neat. they may take “crowning their ass” a bit more literally there.
